Plug appearance inspection system

Test requirements:

1. Check the plastic appearance of the plug for scratches; 

2. Check the metal appearance of the plug for scratches. 

Test process:

1. The visual system inspection product is divided into two stages, which should be detected by flashing lights. The first stage detects the metal appearance of the front of the product, the second stage detects the plastic appearance, and a 5 million camera completes the detection.

2. Manually put the product into the fixture start detection button, and the system will test (determine OK and NG for the product).

3. Manually take away the tested products and classify them by themselves, put good products into good boxes, and put bad products into bad boxes.

Detection performance: 

1. Performance: 1200-1500 pieces/ hour; 

2. Machine cycle: about 3 seconds;

3. Accuracy > 99%;

4. Dynamic detection accuracy: 0.01mm;

5. Visual detection time: approx. 0.3s.
