In order to improve the inspection rate of food bags, Knorr small bag packaging factory improved measures and installed Cognex machine vision system, so that the packaging inspection rate of the produced small bags reached 100%.

The solution: Knorr deployed the In-Sight Micro vision system, In-Sight Explorer vision software using PatMax pattern recognition technology, and the Cognex VisionView 700 visualization panel. The In-Sight vision system also assesses the quality of sealed joints at extremely high speeds.
