Traditional methods rely on the length of each sushi curtain piece and the speed of the production line to determine the adhesive application positions. In actual production, the conveyor speed of the curtains is unstable, leading to significant deviations in adhesive application positions.
By introducing a sushi curtain visual positioning inspection system on the production line to provide precise adhesive coordinates, the curtains on the production line currently run at a speed of 120mm/s, while the visual system captures and recognizes images at a rate of 15fps with a recognition accuracy of ±0.05mm. This not only greatly improves the accuracy of adhesive application but also enhances the overall production speed of the line.
